Non-Ministry Event Request

Use this form to create, reschedule or cancel an event that is not related to a SCC Ministry i.e. birthday party, wedding, conference, concert, etc.

This form is for Steele Creek members only.

Community partners such as non-profit organizations who want to utilize our facilities will be taken seriously.
However, they will go through our approval process and some additional information may be needed before
approval.

All non-ministry events held in the church lobby on Saturdays will incur a $200 facilities fee. This fee must be paid in cash or check on the day of the event and submitted directly to the designated facilities coordinator or front office.

Event requests are primarily for Steele Creek Church members. If you are not a member, your request will be considered but may not be approved.

Our facilities staff will reserve the resources for you, however, the event champion needs to set them up and make sure everything is put away after the event.

Our church owns two basic Bluetooth speakers and microphones for members to use (if needed). If your event requires a full sound system setup, the event champion is responsible for hiring an external company to provide these services.

An adult shall be identified as the event “Champion” for all events. This is the person who will be the point of contact and will have full responsibility of the event and facility use.
